Had a decent stay for a night. Location's a plus, just a short walk to the train. Room was average but comfy. Didn’t like the stained carpet and the blanket had a hole. The bar area was nice for a quick drink, though. Staff seemed a bit off. they locked us out of our room instead of letting us know about a card issue.

I found this hotel to be greatly located to explore the city, with the beautiful Frankfurt Zoological Garden only about 1.5 km away and the stunning Stadel Museum just under 2.5 km away, which made my weekend strolls both relaxing and culturally enriching.

The room was pretty spacious and had a modern vibe with nice decor. The Bluetooth speaker and Chromecast were a cool touch that made it feel tech-savvy. The bedding was comfy, though I noticed the double bed was actually two singles pushed together, which felt a bit weird. Would've liked a kettle for hot drinks too. Overall, good sleep experience, just minor quirks.

Unfortunately, the room temperature was hard to manage—AC just couldn’t cool it down even at the lowest setting, and the bright controls were distracting at night. Stains on the carpet and curtains gave a neglected impression. The bed configuration was awkward, with joined single beds that didn’t leave much space for comfort. To top it off, the bathroom emitted a foul smell, which was off-putting throughout the stay. Lastly, breakfast service was lacking. empty plates piled up unattended, spoiling the morning vibe.

I had an amazing stay! The bathroom was fantastic. such a wonderful shower! Plus, the Bluetooth connection in the room was a game changer! Would definitely recommend!

The breakfast spread was a total delight, especially those homemade jams! Plus, the location makes it a breeze to venture out to cool local spots like Quantum and Goldman Restaurant, just a hop away.

Check-in was a bit of a circus—reception was empty, and the receptionist was outside, oblivious to the group needing assistance.

My stay at Holiday Inn, The Niu, Coin Frankfurt Ostend, An Ihg was very enjoyable. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the Ostbahnhof and close to several decent dining options. The room was spacious, with a well-designed bathroom featuring great water pressure. The staff was accommodating and allowed me to check in early, which was much appreciated.

The only downside was the carpet, which showed signs of wear with visible stains.

our stay at holiday inn, the niu, coin frankfurt ostend, an ihg was great. breakfast was excellent. the location was perfect since our family lives only 10 min away. also, it’s very close to the beautiful green area along the main river, which is ideal for running. the staff offered exceptional service, making us feel welcomed.
